Marco went out on Jersey Oyster’s mussel barge, fished some of the special “Bouchot” mussels, and cooked them straight out of the water. “A really good day was had by all, and everyone is now looking forward to the programme screening, and some really positive response to this very fresh local product” said Steve Luce, company director.
